 League Volunteer Policy: The League is an all-volunteer organization. Accordingly, in order to maintain Regular Membership with all rights and privileges attached thereto, each family is required to fulfill eight (8) volunteer points per season per Player. For example, if a family contains two Players, 16 point ( 20 points max) volunteer points are required. Ways to earn volunteer points include, but are not limited to:
 
•       Board Member (8 points)
•       Manager/Coach (8 points - must attend coaches meeting)
•       Team Parent and/or Dugout Parent (4 points - must attend Team Parent Meeting)
•       Fields Parent (prepare and clean up fields for games) (1 Point per game)
•       Team Scorekeeper (4 points - must attend Scorekeeper Clinic))
•       Umpire (2 games, and must attend training) (4 points)
•       Snack Bar Duties (1 point per shift)
•       Field Maintenance Duties (1 Point per shift)
•       Secure a $500 league sponsorship (4 points)
•       Donate services in-kind (typically maintenance-related) (4 points)
•       Opening Day Volunteer Committee (2 points)
•       Picture Day Volunteer Committee (2 points)
•       Pancake Breakfast Volunteer Committee (2 Points)
•       Grandparents Day Volunteer Committee (2 points)
•       As an alternative to volunteering, families have the option to buy out for the season for $200 per two points per Player Member ($100 per Player Member for T-Ball). 

Volunteer points for Board Member, Coach/ Manager, Team Parent, and Scorekeeper, will be validated upon completion of 75% of the responsibilities of the position (i.e. participating in games, practices, and team meetings) and attendance at required meetings/trainings. Continued membership in the league and All Star Eligibility is contingent upon successful completion of volunteer responsibilities.
